About the Role
Bower’s Heavy Haulage are looking for an experienced MC driver to join our team in a full-time position at the Singleton branch. Transporting oversize freight to and from mine sites locally in the Hunter Valley, with the potential of interstate work when available.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Transporting over size freight in a safe and efficient manner to and from sites
- Ensuring all freight is restrained correctly and safely
- Commitment to creating a safe work environment
- Diligence to ensure all paperwork is completed correctly
Skills and Experience Required
- Current MC Driver’s Licence
- MC driving experience
- Willingness to complete Order 43 Medical and mine site inductions
- Experience in using load restraints
- Great communication, organisational and self-management skills
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- Willingness to work together as a team and follow directives
